The office is open from Monday through Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and on Saturday (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Our goal is simple: to give you the best experience when you need storage.
What are your access hours?
Our customers can use their storage units on any day of the week, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. With our digital-access security system, we know exactly who enters the property, offering that extra bit of protection from the start of your move.
Do you offer indoor RV storage?
We sure do. In fact, we offer both indoor & outdoor vehicle parking that you can use to store campers, motorhomes, cars, boats, trucks, trailers, and more. Some of the units have electrical outlets, and renters can make their payments from anywhere with internet access.
How far are you from Hilliard, OH?
Our facility is 5 miles from Hilliard, meaning you can reach us after a 10-minute drive via Walcutt Road. We have climate-controlled units, truck rentals, and other helpful services for those who live in Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Worthington, and other nearby communities.
Do you offer video surveillance?
Great question! Our cameras are activated by motion detectors and send video footage immediately once triggered. Even if the office is closed, we can access our security system at any time from anywhere.
Can you receive packages and mail on my behalf?
We will be happy to not only accept mail/packages but also notify you when they arrive. The items will remain in the office until you pick them up. Other arrangements can be made on an individual basis, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
